We are chartered as a Not For Profit Corporation and we are in the process of filing for recognition of exemption under Sec 501(c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Code.Tax-except status will make us the Charitable Trust for Scottish Masters Athletes. All funds go to support the goals listed in our Articles of Incorporation and on our About page. No significant purpose of the company is the production of income or the appreciation of property; and no purpose of the company is to accomplish any political or legislative purposes.
